Rick Carlson

Rick is a founder of SharpSpring and CEO of the group. He started with the goal of bringing marketing analytics and automation tools to small and medium businesses on an affordable and easy-to-use SaaS platform. Rick has 12 years of executive management experience in the technology sector, holding positions such as president, CEO, general manager, and board positions at several successful Internet security companies such as AVG. Rick now seeks to transform the digital marketing technology sector by offering an innovative, easy-to-use digital marketing solution to customers around the world.

Steven-Huey

Steven Huey

An experienced executive in leading and growing technology-based businesses, Huey has managed aggressive and innovative management teams during his 30-year career. Currently, Huey is CEO of Capture Higher Ed, an industry-leading technology firm that helps educational institutions meet their enrollment goals. Prior to that, Huey was COO of The Learning House, Inc., where he was instrumental in tripling the size of the company in three years. Mr. Huey received a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Miami University and an MBA from Emory University.

David-Buckel

David Buckel

Over the past fifteen years, David Buckel has served as Chief Financial Officer for public and private companies in the IT, software, service, healthcare, Internet and technology industries, ranging from startup ventures, consolidations, turnaround situations and leading fast growing profit driven corporations. His extensive experience spans SEC reporting companies, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, deal structure and investor presentations. He has recently served on the board of directors of SouthPeak Gaming (public company) and Racemi Inc., as the audit committee chair. Mr. Buckel received his MBA from Syracuse University and a BS from Canisius College; and is a Certified Management Accountant with National Certification.

Scott-Miller

Scott Miller

Scott brings nearly two decades of investment management knowledge as well as significant operating experience to the SharpSpring board. Since 2011, he has served as the Founder and Managing Member of MVM Funds, an investment management firm that oversees multiple funds and limited partnerships, including Greenhaven Road Capital Fund 1, Greenhaven Road Capital Fund 2, and Greenhaven Road Capital Offshore LP. Scott also currently serves on the board of Acelero Learning, an education company that he cofounded and served as the Chief Financial Officer. Acelero, has grown to over 1,400 employees. Scott received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA degree from Stanford University.

Savneet Singh

Savneet brings over 15 years of combined experience in capital markets, investment and executive management as well as board-level advisory roles to SharpSpring. Since January 2019, he has served as the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) and a board member of PAR Technology Corporation (NYSE: PAR)(“PAR”), a leading global provider of cloud-based Point of Sale (“POS”) software, hardware, and service solutions to the restaurant, retail and hospitality industries worldwide. Through its 40-year operating history, PAR has become recognized as one of the largest and most prominent suppliers of POS systems in the United States, EMEA and APAC regions. Singh also currently serves on the board of directors at Osprey Technology Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: SFTW), a special purpose acquisition company (“SPAC) focused on acquisitions in the software space. Singh received his B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
